-- All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges or cancellations. -- All sales are final.

Due to the Nature of the Art and it being a Hand Made Item there may be minor flaws,To ensure you get the highest use of your items, please see our Care Section.  This policy does not cover misuse or dropping of Tumblers. If there is a mistake on physical products on our end, We will allow the return and replace it with the corrected Item. Please know that all items are made with the highest quality but we do make an occasional mistake because we are human.

Therefore please make sure to read the descriptions of the items before purchasing.

 

TURN-AROUND TIME

To ensure we are sending out the Highest Quality Product,We take our time making sure everything you receive is as close to perfect as we can get it!

These times do not include shipping time, Holidays, or weekends. 

Tumblers | 4-6 Weeks Weeks

ANY MTO (Made to Order) Tee's |3-4 weeks

Hats | 3-4 Weeks

Coasters | 4-6  Weeks

Ready To Ship (RTS) Items |Items will ship in 5-7 Business Days UNLESS ordered with any MTO Items. If you are needing the RTS Items within this turnaround time, please checkout separately than any MTO Items.

Please allow us 5-7 Business Days for Pick-up/Shipping on Ready to Ship Items.

If you need to your items faster, When available there will be a Rush Order Button that you may purchase for $20.00, If you would like to buy this, your order will get put first in line! 


SHIPPING

PLEASE READ!

Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. You will choose which one at check out. It is your responsibility to choose the best shipping option. Not all shipping methods are equal. Once the item has a shipping label created you will receive an email with tracking. Shopify automatically defaults all shipping under Hat box packaging. You will notice if you order a tumbler it will be more than normal.  Rest assure that I will charge the correct amount of shipping and refund you the remaining amount.

Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. All priority mail will include insurance to cover your purchase. This is to cover any damages incurred by the postal service. This does not cover stolen items or delivery mistakes on the carrier's part. We are not responsible if your chosen carrier is unable to deliver due to Pets/Construction/Weather.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ADDRESS IS CORRECT, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS SENT TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS.

  • If you would like to Pick-Up Locally, In the Woodlands, Texas, Please choose the Local Pick-up at Check out.
  • When your items are ready, you will receive an email with Pick-Up info. If you have any questions about it, please contact me!


CARE OF PRODUCTS

TUMBLER CARE

Included in your Tumbler you purchase, will be a care card. Please read them & follow as instructed. Also posted below.

  • Do not soak. Soaking your tumbler can lead to the Epoxy Seal breaking  and ruining the artwork.
  • Please DO NOT use Dishwasher or Microwave.
  • Do not leave in direct sunlight for long periods of time. This can also cause premature yellowing of the epoxy.
  • Avoid dropping or rough handling of products. 

All of our creative items are Hand Made with care. Please read and carefully follow care instructions for longevity of your work of art!

COASTER CARE

Hand wash is always recommended but can be put in the dishwasher. All of our Items are Hand Made, with tons of Love, Time, and Talent poured into them. Please carefully follow care instructions to ensure you get the most out of your items!

HAT CARE

Most of my hats are designed , decorated, painted or burned with love and cared. they are sealed for weather protection. Our cleaning suggestions with a hat brush or spot clean with a damp cloth and let dry. Always test it out first in an inconspicuous are inside the hat. Avoid rubbing too hard when cleaning.

T-SHIRT CARE

Depending on what technique the T-Shirt was made ex:Screen Printing, Sublimation, Heat Transfer Vinyl, And Digital Transfers , it is important that you read the Care Card that is sent with your package to ensure keeping your Apparel at its highest Quality.

Each technique has it specific care instruction but most will keep well if you:

  • Turn garment inside out
  • Machine wash cold
  • No bleach
  • No fabric softeners
  • Dry on Low
  • Do not dry clean
  • Iron inside out
